Seasonal cleaning packages

Service offerings may change at any time.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be booked through:

Phone calls

Text messaging

Email

You agree to provide accurate information when booking. Times are approximations and may vary due to weather or previous jobs.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on home size, window count, access, and service type.

Quotes may change upon onsite inspection.

Payment is due at completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept card, cash, ACH, or other listed payment methods.

Past-due invoices may incur late fees or collection costs.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Ensure safe access to windows

Secure pets

Move fragile items if necessary

Report concerns within 48 hours after service

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Faulty or failing windows/screens

Water intrusion due to existing defects

Damage caused by improperly installed fixtures or surfaces

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to fix the issue at no additional cost.

7. Rain/Weather Policy

We clean windows in light weather conditions.
If weather affects results within 48 hours, we offer a free touch-up at your request.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree that minor imperfections may occur due to age, construction, or material limitations

9. SMS/Text Messaging Disclosure

By providing your phone number, you consent to:

Appointment reminders

Quote follow-ups

Scheduling updates

Optional promotions

Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Misuse the site

Attempt to bypass security

Copy or redistribute website content without permission

Submit false or misleading information
