Service Agreement

By booking a service with Alta Cleaning, you agree to the following terms. Services are provided as scheduled, weather permitting. Alta reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations with 24+ hours notice are free. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.

7-Day Rain Guarantee

If rain or snow within 7 days of your service leaves any window looking spotty or streaked, contact us and we will return to touch it up at no charge.

Damage & Liability

Alta Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during service, we will repair or replace the affected item promptly.

Club Membership

Club members receive 3 exterior services per year (Spring, Summer, Fall) at $100 off the standard one-time rate per visit. Membership auto-renews annually and can be canceled anytime with 30 days notice.
